Having been in the industry for years, I have seen the &#039;rise of the web&#039;. As you said, love it or hate it 90% of my customers look for spec, colours and reviews of the product (and even the dealership). As a sales body, I think we are underestimating its worth and need to step up a gear. I have just bought a camera over the &#039;net and from order at 7pm on a Friday, it was delivered 8.50 the following morning! Do you think we need to prepare ourselves for this type of service?
